UDS, Ltd. was founded in Prague in 2005 to provide accounting services and tax advice. During the first years of operation, our team of skilled employees has grown, so we now provide our services in new offices closer to the city center of Prague, making us more conveniently accessible to you.

At present, we mainly focus on bookkeeping, payroll, tax consulting and other related accounting and business services. Our clientele is already very diversified, including private entrepreneurs, as well as small and medium-sized companies from different areas of business. Our client portfolio comprises Czech and foreign entities, because we also offer complete services in English and German.

The basic pillars on which we build our activity are: competence, reliability, a systematic approach and a focus on our clients.
